the offer

Six weeks, together

We all start week one on Monday 28 September, with the same goal: better pelvic health and core, while building fitness and strength. Two program levels, and the assessment puts you in the right one for your body.

  • Six weeks of programming, matched to you by the assessment
  • A live workout to open the group on the 28th
  • A live session in the first week of every month after that
  • 35-minute workouts, at home, with a small amount of kit
  • Brain Gains podcasts alongside the program
  • A year's access — repeat any week whenever you need one

where you are at right now

You already know this feeling

  • You sneeze and you pee a little.
  • Cough, jump, or run for the bus and you leak.
  • You've stopped running, or you go to the bathroom first just in case.
  • Stand next to the trampoline rather than getting on it.
  • Watch your lower abdominals dome out when you sit up or lift your child.
  • Feel heavy or dragging in your pelvic area by the end of the day.
  • Still look a few months pregnant, long after you stopped being pregnant.

Just one of these will change what you say yes to, and make your body feel unrecognizable.

why it happened

None of this means something has gone wrong. Your abdominal wall stretched for nine months, your pelvic floor carried the load underneath it, and your hormones softened the tissue holding all of it together. That is your body doing exactly what it was supposed to do. What nobody tells you is that none of it retrains itself. The load comes off, the job stays, and your floor and core are left doing it without ever being shown how.

What you need is the thing nobody offered you

You got a six-week check that took about four minutes. Blood pressure, a quick look, a chat about contraception, and cleared for exercise. Nobody put a hand on your abdominals to see if they had come back together. Nobody checked whether your pelvic floor was working, or whether the kegels you were told to do were doing anything at all. And nobody explained that cleared for exercise is not the same as ready for it. So off you went. Buggy walks, back to class, get on with it. And you've arrived here with a floor and core that were never taught their job, being asked to lift a growing child every day.

the problem is what's on offer

The problem is what's on offer

01

Postnatal classes are mat-based, gentle, and will never get you back to lifting anything.

02

Strength or general fitness will happily load you up and never once ask what your floor is doing underneath it.

So you shrink your training to stay safe, take planned toilet breaks, or you push on and hope. Most women pick one and live with it quietly.

there is a third option

There is a third option

Your pelvic floor, your strength and your fitness level, trained at the same time, because these are not separate systems. Pelvic floor and core strength have to be paired with strength and cardio training. That is what the Freya programs do.

your core unit

  • Diaphragm
  • Deep abdominals
  • Back stabilizers
  • Pelvic floor

Your core unit stays front and center in every session. Everything else is built on top of it and around it: full-body movement, weights, medium and higher impact, progressing week by week, once what's underneath can hold the pressure.

You're not choosing between staying safe and getting strong.

You're getting strong in the order your body can take it.

No shrinking, no hoping.

here's why you need this

What the six weeks actually do

01

A core and pelvic floor foundation that holds

We build the core and pelvic floor first, because everything you want after this sits on top of it. Get this right and there's no ceiling on what you train later. Find it, fire it, load it. So you get strong without paying for it later.

02

Closing the gap, while you get strong again

You don't have to choose between healing your diastasis and building real strength. You do both, in the same session. A separated core doesn't close by avoiding load, it closes by being loaded properly, with pressure management trained inside every rep.

03

Laughing and sneezing without the worry

No crossing your legs, no bracing before a cough, no working out where the loo is first. That comes from a floor that holds under pressure, which is what every session is teaching it to do.

04

A tighter middle that isn't about the scale

Strength and intensity build week on week, and as the work goes up, so does your metabolism. Every session challenges your core while it's training everything else, so you're getting a full body effect out of the same 35 minutes. But the doming, the pooch, the shape that hasn't shifted — that's a pressure problem, and the core work is what changes it.

05

Lifting your kids without paying for it later

Car seats, buggies, a toddler on one hip. Your body does heavy work every day whether you've trained for it or not. This is functional training, so the strength shows up in your actual life instead of just in the session, and the aches stop being the price of it.

06

Feeling like your body is yours again

You'll feel the energy in the rest of your day, not just the session. The bigger one is confidence: trusting your body, getting back to the class you quietly stopped, and stopping the constant low-level negotiation with it.

07

Brain power

Brain Gains runs alongside every program. Podcasts you can listen to with your hands full, so you understand what's happening in your body instead of guessing. Women who know why they're doing something train better and stop second-guessing everything.

proof

In their words

I kept signing up for stuff I never did. An hour I didn't have, a class across town, a whole plan I had to build my life around first. But the workouts are just 35 minutes, and it made it so easy. I've done it during naps or with my baby on the mat next to me. First time I've actually been consistent and it's definitely because the workouts are short but so effective.
Priya, baby is 7 months
For months I worried I was making things worse every time I moved. Now my pelvic floor isn't an afterthought I panic about. It's the whole point of how I train, and I move like I trust my own body again.
Nadia, baby is 4 months
First time I noticed was hauling the car seat and the toddler and the grocery bags in one trip, and my back didn't scream at me. This isn't gym strength. It's strength every day. And it feels good to feel strong again.
Dana, two under three

nothing is sold before the assessment

It starts with the assessment

Two women the same age, in the same phase, can need completely different starting points. Handing them both the same six weeks is how the rest of this industry works, and it's why it doesn't work. If a program suits you, I'll tell you which one. If it doesn't suit you yet, I'll tell you exactly what to do instead, and I won't sell you anything.
