This phase or those in their first trimester, or for those who haven't exercised before pregnancy and want to begin, regardless of their current pregnancy stage.
Whether you're battling morning sickness in your first trimester or ready to get active later in pregnancy, this program delivers what you need—no fluff, just effective methods.
You'll start at the foundation, developing solid understanding of your pelvic floor, pregnancy-appropriate exercise, and full-body fitness.  This phase for those in their second trimester who have completed our phase 1 and want to continue or for those who have been exercising elsewhere and want to maintain fitness during their second trimester
This phase is for women with a solid fitness foundation, whether from our "The Build" program, other workouts, or regular gym sessions. We help you tone, tighten, and train smarter while keeping posture strong through pregnancy changes, consciously engaging your pelvic floor, and maintaining cardiovascular fitness.
Training isn't about significant gains, but preserving muscle strength in areas affected by pregnancy postural changes while keeping you physically strong and prepared for life with your growing bump.

This phase is for those in their third trimester who have completed our phase 2 and want to continue, or for those who have been exercising elsewhere and want to maintain fitness during their third trimester.
Working out in late pregnancy requires a different approach as you near labor. We help maintain strength and fitness while focusing on reducing discomfort, enhancing mobility, and preparing your body and mind for labor.
We incorporate 2-3 minute mobility and stretch drills that help you become comfortable with discomfort, excellent preparation for contractions. Low-impact strength and cardio options work within your limited range while maintaining pelvic floor engagement, core stability, and postural adaptations.
You'll complete this phase feeling prepared, confident in your body, and mentally calm as you approach delivery.
