While we help you maintain strength and fitness, this phase also focuses on reducing discomfort, enhancing mobility, and preparing your body and mind for labor. We incorporate specific techniques such as 2-3 minute mobility and stretch drills that help you become comfortable with discomfort—excellent preparation for contractions. Our low-impact strength and cardio options work within your limited range of movement while maintaining focus on pelvic floor engagement, core stability, and postural adaptations.
