This is where the magic starts. We build strength so your pelvic floor can handle heavier weights and bolder movements. We train your pelvic floor and core while lying, sitting, standing, and moving, no floor time here. We're up and active from day one because motherhood doesn't happen lying down. You're stronger than pilates alone and built for more. Time to sweat and sculpt for real strength.
You'll begin feeling physically disconnected and hesitant about your core strength. You'll finish confidently swinging, lunging, pushing and pulling weights with renewed trust in your pelvic and core power.

For those who can handle moderate impact on their pelvic floor and have some midline tension in the linea alba. If unsure, follow these questions to check. Â
This is where we shift into 5th gear. We transform your pelvic floor strength from conscious activation to automatic function during movement—finally supporting you without mental effort. We increase intensity to high-impact exercises, fine-tuning pelvic floor and diastasis strength while achieving aesthetic goals.
You'll begin confident in medium-impact exercises, able to perform side planks and half planks. You'll finish incredibly confident to jump, run, perform full planks, crunches and jumping jacks without issue.
