What Equipment Do I Need?

For our programs, you’ll need a few simple pieces of equipment: a Pilates ball, a long resistance band, two medium dumbbells, and a heavier kettlebell. These key items help you build real strength and progress more effectively than with bodyweight alone. The Total Cost Will Be Around $60.

How Much Space Do I Need For The Workouts?

All you’ll need is enough space to move freely, approximately the size of two yoga mats on the floor.

Can I Use Equipment I Already Own?

Or course! We are pretty specific about what you need, so please do purchase what you don't have to get the most out of your program.

Where Can I Buy The Recommended Equipment?

Can I Substitute Equipment If I Don't Have Everything?

Yes of course you can. We have created a blog about how to switch out equipment. Be mindful that progress begins when you challenge your body, so when you get to the point where things are feeling easy, it is advised that you purchase some weights.
